The "Ripple Effect" is Mary Mann's largest public mural, completed in September of 2023. This mural was commissioned by Tacoma Arts Commission and funded by Public Works. It is a series of murals on the underpass of Schuster Parkway next to the Chinese Reconciliation Park.
